A.I.MATICS (CEO Lee Hoon) and VisioNexT (CEO Woo Jeong-ho), a Vision AI System on a Chip (SoC) specialist of Hanwha Group, have signed a business agreement (MOU) to advance on-device AI camera products for vehicles.
The agreement aims to develop AI imaging solutions optimized for commercial vehicles and advance the technology of on-device AI cameras, and the signing ceremony was held on the 27th at Hanwha's Pangyo R&D Campus.

VisionNext has the capability to realize excellent image quality even in low-light environments through its Image Signal Processor (ISP) technology that processes raw data collected from image sensors at high speed, and AI-based Noise Reduction (NR) function. The on-device AI camera solution that the two companies are collaborating on uses AI technology to analyze hazards inside and outside the vehicle and warn drivers in real time to prevent accidents in advance. Managers can also expect to improve risky driving behaviors and improve operational efficiency by utilizing real-time monitoring and operation management functions through A.I.MATICS' platform.
